A few of my comments from a recent Top Producer Mastermind at Amherst Madison about #hiring and team fit. This is one of those lessons that I have learned the hard way and that I continue to rediscover on new levels and with different roles throughout my career. It’s also one of those things that’s SO much easier to say than to actually do. It is a rare leader that will remove a top performer because of the negative impact they have on the rest of the team. As #leaders, we have to have the courage to do what must be done for the good of the #team or #organization as a whole.
